Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at gptyres@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs:

Please note that shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable. This includes the initial shipping costs paid by the customer as well as any return shipping costs.

Handling Fee:

A handling fee of 10% of the total item cost will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee covers the administrative and processing costs associated with handling your return.

Courier Costs:

In the case of courier returns (e.g., oversized items), the cost of the courier service will also be deducted from your refund amount.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Wheels & Tyres are non-returnable and non-refundable, all wheels are inspected before leaving the depot and therefore should not have any problems, if for any reason, by chance a flaw is spotted straight after wheel arrives at the client, please contact the sales team on - WHATSAPP: 083 701 2898 TEL: 021 705 5166 to inquire, however, every wheel that is inspected before leaving the depot, has been photographed to assure condition. 

If an exchange or refund would like to be made before the purchased item is used, the customer will have to provide an item in original condition, in the original packaging, with the invoice, within 7 days of purchase date, as well as "no tyre should have been fitted on the wheel". All transport costs shall be borne by the client in case of returned goods for items correctly supplied. GP Tyres & Mags will not be held responsible for any damages caused or incurred once the wheel has been equipped with tyres, and fitted on the vehicle.

Damages to wheels due to negligent driving or bad roads will not be held accountable by GP Tyres & Mags.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
